What Happens If You Fail the Exam?
If you narrowly miss the SSSTS exam, you may be eligible for a free resit without retaking the full course. Scores below the resit threshold may require completing the course again, with our team providing guidance and support.
Length of Validity
The certificate is valid for five years. To stay qualified, complete an SSSTS Refresher before it expires; otherwise, you must retake the full course. Scheduling your refresher early helps ensure continued compliance.
